Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. The Q Plan is flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel before your next billing period.
Do I have to use my balance each month?
No. Your balance carries over until you are ready to spend it.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You only pay your monthly subscription and any treatment cost that exceeds your available balance.
Do I get discounts on all treatments?
Yes. Your tier gives you 5, 10 or 15 percent off every treatment.
Do unused benefits expire?
Bonus vouchers follow their own validity periods. Your financial balance does not expire.
Can I gift my vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers may be given to friends or family.
